Remi Elliot
Remi Elliot
Remi graduated from the Massage Therapy program at First College in 2024. Throughout his education and clinical experience, he developed a strong understanding of human anatomy and the practical application of clinical assessment skills. Remi is deeply passionate about supporting his patients in achieving their individual health and wellness goals.
During treatment, patients can expect a thorough, patient-centered approach. This includes a brief interview, range of motion evaluation, and orthopedic testing. Remi incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, and Muscle Energy Techniques. Each session is complemented by a personalized homecare plan, including targeted strengthening and stretching exercises, along with hydrotherapy recommendations designed to extend the benefits of treatment and support long-term rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Remi enjoys the outdoors year-round—camping, fishing, and spending time at the beach in the summer, and skiing or playing hockey during the winter months.

Functional Assessment
We look at how you’re moving to identify which muscle groups are overworking or holding onto stress.
Post-Care Guidance
We often suggest specific stretches or minor habit changes you can do at home to keep the results of the massage lasting longer.
